    Making the decision

    For performing arts schools, the evaluation question is: can one platform handle all your disciplines without compromising on any of them?

    A platform that's excellent for individual music lessons but has no group class management forces you into either a second system for dance/drama or manual workarounds that grow increasingly painful as you add disciplines and students.

    Can I use separate software for each discipline?

    You can, but the operational cost is high. Separate systems mean separate student databases, separate billing runs, separate parent communications, and no unified family view. Parents receive multiple invoices, check multiple portals, and contact different systems for different questions. As your school grows, the fragmentation becomes a significant drag on parent experience and administrative efficiency.

    How do I handle students who switch between disciplines mid-term?
